It is used in the test laboratories of factories producing industrial electrical devices or companies producing motors.
With Adjustable Current source, switch, fuse, contactor etc. The current carrying capacity of electrical products is tested. Adjustable current sources can be produced between 1,000A and 15,000A.
They can be produced with Variac and thyristor control upon request. While the output voltage change in thyristor-controlled test devices is around 3V, the voltage change in variac-controlled ones is around 5V. Optionally, production is made for a lower voltage level (0.1 VAC).
Adjustable constant current welding machines are controlled with 0-10VDC or 4-20 mA. Changes in the set current value are stabilized with the help of the microprocessor control card.
An isolation transformer can be used for safety purposes during testing.
Since it has a very wide spectrum, needs are determined through interviews with the customer. Circuit diagrams, assembly diagrams and operating principles are reported and shared with the user. Production starts upon approval.
It has the possibility of adjusting the output voltage by button, PLC and PC.
