Iron Removal rectifier (otherwise known as magnet rectifier or magnet rectifier) is used to remove iron-like materials by energizing the magnet coil by remote control. It is a kind of electronic magnet. It is also called crane rectifier.
The output contactor is protected with a special protection unit. More than one crane can be controlled separately. It is produced between 1kw and 100kw as 120VDC and 220VDC. By using batteries of appropriate capacity, safe operation is achieved in cases of power outage.
Iron lifting rectifiers (magnet rectifiers) can be produced with special type input and output sockets upon request. It has an isolated transformer and thyristor control. There is excessive iron dust and excessive humidity in the places where it is used. Thanks to their protection measures, they are very durable products for environments containing humidity and metallic dust and do not malfunction.
Optionally, dry contact information and information about the operating status of the rectifier are given to the user. It has the opportunity to operate any crane remotely in accordance with the number of cranes.
