Traditional variacs are produced by winding windings on a toroidal core. Column variacs consist of windings wound on a square core. Stabilizator using column variacs can be produced up to higher powers without using booster transformers. For this reason, the loss is very low at idle and full load. Since it consists of a single transformer, less heat is generated inside the device cabinet.

Column Variacs are wound on a rectangular core with H class enameled copper wires. It is varnished in a vacuum boiler and dried in an oven at 180 C.

By sampling the output voltage as TRUE RMS with the microprocessor control card, the optimum correction speed is determined by selecting the motor speed according to the difference voltage.

An analog or digital voltmeter is used to monitor the output voltage.

There is a manual bypass switch to continue operating from the mains in case of failure, and an automatic bypass system can be added optionally.

Products are produced in accordance with CE and TSE quality standards, and our company has ISO-9001 quality certificate.
