GENERAL FEATURES

Traction accumulators consist of cells, each of which is 2 volts. The number of cells determined according to the voltage of the accumulator is mounted in a sheet metal case. The internal structure of each cell contains positive and negative plates and high porosity and durable separators between these plates.

The connection between the cells is achieved through connections provided from the output ends of the busbars to which the positive and negative plates are connected.

These connections are optionally provided with cable or lead bridges.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

Positive Plates: Positive plates are tube type. The grid part consists of bars that can have a variable number. The grids are placed inside tergals made of polyester or similar materials and imported from abroad and filled tightly with the active substance.

Negative Plates: The grids obtained by casting from high purity lead are plastered with a “unique active substance” to obtain a negative plate. Then, the edges of the negative plates are insulated to ensure long battery life.

Separators: High porosity separators imported from Europe, complying with world standards, are used in its production. An important advantage of the separators used is; Because of their thin structure, they reduce the internal resistance.
